Welcome to TicketsIOA. By accessing or using our sports ticketing, reservation, event registration, and management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
TicketsIOA (developed by KeoFlex LLC) provides online ticketing software, box office sales portals, scanner tools, and team/event administration suites. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service specifically to create box offices, buy/sell event tickets, manage memberships, and scan passes. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or cancellation of purchased entries.
Important Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for safeguarding access to your account credentials. You are responsible for all event listings, Stripe connections, and transactions occurring under your administration.
Our Service allows administrators to submit event rosters, ticket descriptions, venue locations, pricing parameters, and organization branding. You hold complete responsibility for the accuracy, licensing, and legitimacy of all events you launch.
By submitting configuration files and assets, you grant TicketsIOA a limited license to host, render, and process such information specifically to present storefronts and print receipts. You retain all intellectual property rights to your organization's original assets and can delete files at any time.
The TicketsIOA platform, along with its original server routing architecture, custom styling stylesheets, database schemas, and front-end tools are the exclusive property of KeoFlex LLC. These assets are protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our portals immediately, without prior notice, if you breach our policies, configure malicious event descriptions, or attempt spoofing attacks on school/district domains.
Under no circumstances shall TicketsIOA, KeoFlex LLC, or its development team be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction processing disputes, cancellations by event hosts, Stripe payout delays, or the inability to utilize ticket scanners due to cell connection outages at game venues.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, uptime reliability, or fitness for specific school district PO structures.
Organizations, venues, or school boards utilizing TicketsIOA may attach supplementary liability waivers, COVID-19 disclaimers, or district-specific code-of-conduct attestations during checkout. These waivers form contracts strictly between the purchaser and the verified organization; TicketsIOA is not a signatory party to such covenants.
These terms will be governed, analyzed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law exceptions.
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be accompanied by an announcement update 30 days prior to enforcement.
