Its One App, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your children. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our ticketing, box-office, and event-registration platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide our ticketing, box-office, and event-registration services. This includes:
- •Account Information:Names, email addresses, and phone numbers used to create an account and to purchase or manage tickets.
- •Purchase & Ticket Information:Order details, the tickets you buy or receive, and payment confirmations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- •Event Registration Information:When an organization hosting an event collects additional details through custom registration fields, we process what it chooses to collect. Depending on the event, this may include a participant name, date of birth, grade level, emergency contact, and — only if the organizer requests it — health or medical notes. Organizers control these fields and are responsible for what they collect.
- •Ticket Verification Photo:If an organizer enables photo tickets, a photo captured for entry verification. These photos are access-controlled and automatically deleted after the event.
2. Child Privacy & COPPA Compliance
We take the protection of child data extremely seriously. Its One App, LLC is designed to be compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Our Promise Regarding Child Data:
- •We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or monetize Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of children or participants to third parties.
- •Child data is used strictly for the purpose of providing ticketing, box-office, and event-registration services.
- •Parents/guardians maintain full control over their children's data and can request deletion at any time.
3. How We Use and Share Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our services.
Event Organizers & Staff
Information you provide for an event is made available to the organization hosting that event (for example, the venue or organization) and its authorized staff, who control that data and use it to run the event and manage entry. Where the organizer is subject to FERPA, this access is governed by our FERPA Data Privacy Addendum.
Service Providers
We share data only with vetted subprocessors that perform services strictly on our behalf and under contract — such as secure hosting, database storage, authentication, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers are contractually prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than providing services to us. We never sell, rent, or share personal information — including any student or participant data — with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Its One App, LLC, our users, or the public.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and provide our services. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but this may prevent you from using some features of our service.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and Row Level Security (RLS) policies to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Data Rights
You have full control over your data. As a parent/guardian, you have the right to:
Request a complete copy of all data we have stored about you and your children.
Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

7. Education Records & Student Data (FERPA)
When a school or district uses Its1Ticket, any student information we process on their behalf is handled in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). In that role, Its One App, LLC acts as a “school official” performing a service the institution would otherwise perform itself.
- •Student education records remain under the direct control of the school, and we use them only to provide the contracted service.
- •We do not re-disclose student data to any third party except the subprocessors listed below, and never for advertising or marketing.
- •On request or upon contract termination, we will return or securely destroy student data.
- •Schools may request a signed FERPA Data Privacy Addendum — see our Data Privacy & FERPA page.
8. Subprocessors We Use
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate the platform. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use data to provide services to us:
Cloud database, authentication, and file storage
Access-controlled storage for ticket check-in photos
Payment processing and payouts to organizers
Transactional email (receipts and ticket delivery)
Apple Wallet ticket pass generation
Optional Google sign-in and Google Wallet pass generation
Application hosting, serverless compute, and cron scheduling
AI-powered admin support chatbot (admin-only; no student data is sent)
